Meet Your Coach
Heather Moses
Founder and lead coach
Arrow Coaching and Development
As a dedicated leadership coach and facilitator, I specialise in capability building, organisational development, consumer partnerships, cultural transformation and personal coaching. Drawing on over 21 years of leadership experience across healthcare and engineering, I guide professionals through complex transitions to build high-reliability teams, resilience, and deep self-awareness.
My coaching style is grounded in my history as an organisational development and learning leader for statewide programs and local health districts. Being an active mum and grandmother, I deeply value family, health and a work life balance for wellbeing. As a novice endurance athlete who has conquered marathons, 24 hour100km challenges and multisport events, I weave the Finnish concept of sisu, extraordinary grit and inner strength and growth mindset into my practice.
At Arrow Coaching and Development, I partner with you to design bespoke strategies that unlock your potential and foster collective success. Whether you are searching for personal development for life satisfaction, leading technical projects or frontline services, we will work together to transform your challenges into strategic growth opportunities.
